Joe brings 15 years of construction layout experience and joined the positioning team in 2021. Joe has quickly become an integral member of the team and is currently the positioning sales representative for Eastern New York.
Frank Dutko | Positioning Repair Manager – 585.214.4744
Having worked 20 years for ADMAR Positioning on Topcon products, Frank is factory trained and certified on GPS, machine control, data collectors and lasers products, including the Hiper V, Hiper HR, MCi-4 and GX55. Frank received his associate’s degree from Monroe Community College and has over 40 years of experience working on advanced electronics, from NASA tracking systems to high power UHF transmitters.
Jeff Fisher | Positioning Repair Specialist – 585.214.4744
Jeff has over 12 years of positioning repair experience. He is factory trained and certified in numerous Topcon products. His previous experience includes working in high power laser systems and he is an Alfred State graduate with an associate’s degree in electro-mechanical systems.
Jeremy Bittner | Logistics Coordinator – 585.214.4744
A 20-year veteran of ADMAR, Jeremy started in the warehouse and moved up to driving deliveries and equipment to customers. He joined the positioning team in 2016 as the logistics coordinator. Quickly gaining an understanding of the positioning department, he began to take on more responsibilities. Jeremy is an integral team member who now, along with his logistical duties, assists with calibrations, installations and deliveries of both machine control and survey equipment.

With 18 years of experience as an equipment operator and project coordinator in the construction industry, Chad has extensive knowledge of heavy equipment and site management. His background and experience has made the transition to GPS machine control a seamless process. As a certified installer and support representative for Topcon 3D-MCMAX dozer systems, the RD-MC for paving and compaction, and X-53x automatic excavator systems, he can assist you with implementing the newest technology into your business.

Mike has more than 14 years with ADMAR and has extensive experience installing, training and supporting GPS and machine control systems on excavators, dozers and graders. Mike is a Topcon-certified support and installation specialist with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and computer system expertise.
